BREATHING (the "App") is provided and operated by RESONANCE, K.K. ("we", "us"). Development and support are handled by our development division, RESDEV (resdev.jp).

02 Information handled
The App does not collect personal information. It does not access your name, email address, location, device identifiers, contacts, photos, or anything else that could identify you.
The App handles only the following, all stored on the device only and never transmitted.

These are deleted from the device when you uninstall the App.
03 Network
The App never connects to the internet. It contains no networking code, and no usage data, settings or other information is sent to us or to any third party. Every feature works in airplane mode.
The "About BREATHING" and "Privacy Policy" links on the in-app info screen open our website (resdev.jp) in the device's browser only when you tap them. The App itself does not communicate.
04 Advertising, tracking and analytics
The App shows no advertising. It includes no advertising, tracking or analytics SDKs (including Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) and never sends usage or crash data to us or to third parties.
Because the App does nothing that falls under iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT), no tracking prompt is shown.
05 Device features and permissions
The App uses no device features that require permission — no location, camera, microphone, photos, notifications or contacts.
During a session the App temporarily keeps the screen from dimming. This is released when the session ends or when you leave the App. The App makes no sound.
06 Disclosure to third parties
We do not disclose information to third parties except in the following cases:
- With your consent
- Where required by law
- Where necessary to protect a person's life, body or property and it is difficult to obtain your consent
07 Children's privacy
The App is not directed at any particular age group and does not actively collect personal information from anyone. If a child uses the App, please do so under a parent's or guardian's supervision.
08 Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy when laws change or features are added. Material changes will be announced on this page or on the App's store page. The revised policy takes effect when it is posted here.
